APPLICATION
R-Lease R30 is a low temperature HDPE coextruded release film designed for use in the processing of advanced composite structures in wet lay up, resin infusion and oven conditions. It is compatible for use with a wide range of epoxy, polyester and vinylester resin systems (small scale trials prior to large infusion mouldings are recommended).

CHARACTERISTICS
The film is red in color and is available with P3, P31 or P16 perforation patterns.

IMPORTANT
Store in original packaging at standard warehouse conditions:

  • Ambient temperature between 41°F (5°C) and 95°F (35°C), relative humidity RH under 80%;
  • Covered area protected from direct sunlight and UV light/radiation sources.
The product can be recycled, UE plastic waste disposal / recycling class: HDPE - 02.
