ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES TO MEET CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the highest standards of technical conformity, Kit Solutions Srl has partnered with Gerber® as its cutting-edge technological partner, operating under the principle of “no quality compromises”-essential for meeting customerspecific applications. Our facility includes a 450 sqm controlled contamination area compliant with ISO9 standards. Cutting operations are carried out using a high-thickness conveyor belt multi-cutter system, capable of handling up to 28 mm thickness under a vacuum system, featuring:
  • An automatic laying system;
  • Software for converting 3D models to 2D and processing files from modelling software such as Rhino 3D, Catia, ZBrush, SolidWorks, and others;
  • Nesting software with an integrated interface, supporting data import/export from CAD formats like DXF, NC, IGES, and more;
  • Design, nesting, and automated cutting software to optimise cutting paths and processing times.
This ensures precision, efficiency, and high-quality results for every project.
