Quality Management system within Guarniflon^® is an essential part of all processes and activities and is crucial to the success of our business. A specialized Quality team consisting of people with many different skills manage an effective and efficient system controlling every phases of the development & manufacturing processes. Since 1993, Guarniflon^® is working according to the requirements of ISO 9001 and is regularly audited by certified body. A set of advanced quality tools and instruments for process control helps Guarniflon^® to improve the quality of process output by reducing the causes of defect and by improving the consistency in manufacturing and business processes:

• Statistical Process Control (SPC);
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA);
• Production Part approval Process (PPAP);
• 100% optical and automatic selection;
• Well-equipped laboratories.

To fulfill the stringent requirements of the zero defect selection, Guarniflon^® uses different visual automatic DOSS-machines sorting finished parts through a screening inspection before the final shipment. Four different laboratories within Guarniflon^® organization are specifically fitted with the most updated instruments for testing and analysing incoming, in process and outbound products and materials. With more than 30 instruments and about 20.000 analysis/year, Guarniflon^® quality team can guarantee the best and reliable control of its final products. We are able to suggest the correct products, materials and solutions to meet present and future customers’ needs. Guarniflon^® policy implies a high powered and experienced R&D Team as well. All the R&D activities are driven by the need of developing new products and formulations for extreme applications and environments. The R&D Team is horizontally and vertically integrated in the company structure and share experiences and know-how with all Guarniflon^® departments, also in close cooperation with some relevant Italian University Institutes.
