APPLICATION
The Guarniflon^® butyl sealants are pre-formed tapes designed to be used in bag-to-tool and bag-to-bag applications on composite and metal tools. Guarniflon^® recommends to test the material prior to be used in production.

CHARACTERISTICS
The main characteristic is the ease of removal without residuals.The compounds are designed to be used at low, medium and high temperatures. These sealants are also usable in debulking operations and as resin dams.

IMPORTANT
The butyl sealants supplied by Guarniflon^® are allowed to be used as Non Contact Materials within process specifications where these material categories are indicated as Open for procurement. It is recommended to store at 71°F (22°C) and in humidity controlled environments. All butyl sealants supplied are Asbetos free.
